Please take precautions; do not lift heavy objects. Do not lift heavy objects Get eight hours of rest.If any spotting starts go seek medical  help right away. If spotting get complete bed rest and elevate feet up. No over the counter medicine without doctors’ approval. No rough sex. No sex after eight months of pregnancy. No rough horseback riding in dangerous places. Eat right, light exercise; take all medicines prescribed to you. Never leave your new baby on the couch alone. never leave your baby alone in the car not even for a few seconds. Be protective and cautious with new born, Always cover your baby properly in cooler weather.  Take all precautions to make sure bay head is covered in cool weather. In warm weather do not over dress your infant.
