During pregnancy we all must be concerned about certain chemicals substances. Please take all necessary precautions while using household chemicals. Smoking cigarettes gives your baby low weight at birth and also, causes allergies. Second hand smoke is also bad for your baby. Also it is best to not drink alcohol while pregnant. You may work but with no mental fatigue, no physical fatigue and no heavy lifting. You may be able to stand for only short periods of time.You may have to wait or it is best advised not to go to the dentist while pregnant.
Please take precautions; Do not lift heavy objects.
Get eight hours of rest. Get complete bed rest and elevate feet up.
If any spotting starts.Go seek medical help right away.
No over the counter medicine without doctors approval.
No rough sex. No sex after eight months of pregnancy.
No rough horseback riding.
Eat right, light exercise, take all medicines prescribed to you.
